Refund and Return Policy

You have a 7 day window from the date of delivery to submit your return. All returns are refunded as store credit. We do not offer free shipping labels for returns. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to send back a return. You will be able to purchase a label through our returns portal. Please only use this label. Any label purchased separately and not through our returns portal will result in your return being denied and your package rejected, as our warehouse only accepts pre-approved tracking numbers


Refurbished/Used Items Return Policy


At JWP Solutions, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality refurbished and used items that meet their expectations. However, we understand that there may be instances where a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below:


1. **Eligibility for Returns:**

   – Refurbished and used items purchased from JWP Solutions are not eligible for return from the date of purchase.

   – To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.


2. **Return Process:**

   – To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at (855) 255-8440

 to request a return authorization (RA) number.

   – Once you have received your RA number, securely package the item and include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

   – Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.

   – Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.


3. **Inspection and Refund:**

   – Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return eligibility criteria.

   – If the item passes inspection, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within [number of days] days.

   – Please note that refunds will not include any original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part.


4. **Non-Returnable Items:**

   – Certain items may not be eligible for return, such as consumable products or items sold “as is.” These non-returnable items will be clearly marked on the product page.


5. **Exchanges:**

   – We do not offer exchanges for refurbished or used items. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.


6. **Damaged or Defective Items:**

   – If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. **Refurbished/Used Items Warranty:**

   – Our refurbished and used items Do not come with a limited warranty. Please refer to the warranty information provided with your purchase for details on coverage and duration.


8. **Policy Updates:**

   – JWP Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
